Orange Cream Cheesecake
ingredients
- ~3 eight ounce packages of cream cheese, softened
- ~3/4 cup granulated sugar
- ~1 envelope orange gelatin
- ~3/4 cup orange juice
- ~12 ounce container of whipped topping, thawed
- ~1 teaspoon of orange extract
- ~2 (9 inch) graham cracker crust

Place gelatin and juice in a small saucepan and stir occasionally over low heat until the gelatin is dissolved.

With an electric mixer on medium speed, blend the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and well blended.

Add the gelatin mixture and orange extract to the cream cheese gradually and beat well after each addition. Allow to thicken for about 15 min the refrigerator.

After it has thickened, gently fold the whipped topping and into the mixture and pour into the crust. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
