Winter Fruit Punch
ingredients
- 1/2 cup Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 4 cups Grapefruit juice
- 4 cups White grape juice
- 2 cups Orange juice
- 2 Oranges (unpeeled), sliced
- 1 Lemon, sliced
- Ice block
- 2 Bottles (each 750 mL) nonalcoholic sparkling apple cider of fruit juice
- 1/2 cup Vodka (optional)

In a small saucepan, stir lemon juice with sugar over medium heat until dissolved. Let cool

In very large bowl or pot, stir together lemon juice mixture, grapefruit juice, grape juice, orange juice, oranges and lemon. Pour into pitchers; cover and refrigerate until chilled. (Punch can be prepared to this point and stored for up to 24 hours.)

To serve, place ice block in punch bowl. Pour in fruit mixture; stir in apple cider, and vodka (if using).
