Vegetarian Chicken Fold Ups
Becky O’Ffill’s recipe (ate it for lunch one Sabbath at her home and family asking that I make sure to get that recipe).
ingredients
- 1 pkg. 3 oz. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp Margarine
- 1 Tbsp Chives
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp gravy (from chicken)
- 1 Can diced Fri-Chik
- 2 Cans Crescent Rolls
- Gravy Ingredients for top:
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tbsp Flour
- 1 Cup Water
- McKay’s Chicken Seasoning to taste
- (Becky made gravy with margarine, milk, flour and put in some leftover chicken gravy from can and added a little McKay’s seasoning)

Drain Chicken and save the gravy. Blend Cream Cheese and Margarine.

Add Chives, Parsley, Garlic Salt, Oregano, and 1 Tbsp gravy. Mix.

Gently stir in drained Chicken.

Separate rolls into 4 rectangles(per can. Seal at partitions

Stretch dough into squares. Place spoonful of chicken mix in center of dough and bring to center and seal edges. Place on greased baking sheet

Bake at 350’ for 25 minutes ’til golden brown.
