Black-eyed Pea Salsa

ingredients

  • 1 (15.5 oz) can Black-eyed peas
  • 1 (15.5 oz) can Pinto beans
  • 1 (15.5 oz) can Black beans
  • 1 (11 oz) can white/yellow corn
  • 1 (2.25 oz) can sliced black olives
  • 1 c. mild chunky salsa (you can use a little more to make it moister)
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 (7 oz) packet powdered Italian dressing
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

directions

Drain and rinse cans of peas, beans, corn and olives. Place in large bowl. Add salsa, chopped green pepper and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate. Serve with tortilla chips - Scoops work well.
