Lemon Seafood Pasta
Served on a beautiful platter, this is an impressive dish for company
ingredients
- 3 Tbs Olive Oil
- 3 Tbs butter
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbs tomato paste
- 1 lb peeled shrimp
- 1 lb scallops
- 6 cloves garlic
- One bunch green onions, chopped
- 1/2 lb mushrooms sliced
directions

Saute garlic and onions in oil and butter, stir in tomato paste. Add wine and lemon juice and bring to a soft boil. Add seafood and sauté a few minutes just until shrimp is pink and scallops are cooked.
