Bean Salad
One of Patrick’s favorites. Great for a picnic. You can use different beans. Easy to double recipe.
ingredients
- Salad
- 2 cans green beans, drained
- 2 cans wax beans, drained
- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- Marinade
- 1/2 cup red wine with garlic vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
directions
Put all ingredients for marinade in blender and blend together. Pour over bean mixture. Stir with wooden spoon and marinate overnight.
