Wine Cake
ingredients
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c dry sherry
- 3/4 c oil
- 1 tsp nutmeg
directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Beat all ingredients together for 5 minutes on medium speed. Bake 45 minutes in ungreased Angel Food Cake Pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or ice with vanilla butter frosting.
