Chicken & Rice Casserole
Creamy delicious chicken casserole.
ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup reg Rice (can use wild rice)
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 3/4 Cup Milk
- 1 lb Chicken, diced
- 1 pkg dry Onion Soup mix
- Celery & mushrooms, diced (optional)

Combine soup mixes, milk, and dry onion soup mix. Set aside some of the mix to top casserole with.

In a greased 13x9 pan, place rice, cover with soup mixture and mix. Layer chicken and vegetables. Top with reserved soup mixture. Cover with Foil.

Bake at 350° for 2 hours.
notes
Uncooked bacon can be added to mixture if desired, place at the bottom of the pan.
