Mom White's Potato Casserole
Everyone now makes this casserole to take to social or potlucks. Mom was born 03/31/1926. She loves to cook. The picture below is Mom, Rick, her sisters Laverne & Annette, & Larry
ingredients
- 24 ounces shredded hash brown potatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- Topping:
- 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
directions

Thaw potatoes and mix remaining ingredients together and put into a greased baking dish. Mix topping together and sprinkle on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
