Turkey Enchiladas
ingredients
- 1 lb Ground turkey
- 1/2 lb Colby cheese (grated)
- 2 8oz cans enchilada sauce
- 1 chopped onion
- 12 Tortillas

Combine meat and seasonings and brown in a skillet, Drain fat. Add 1can of enchilada sauce. soften tortillas for 30 sec in microwave so they are soft enough to roll.

Layer a small amount of enchilada sauce with out the turkey on the bottom of casserole dish

Fill and roll tortilla bread with turkey sauce and cheese and lay in the bottom of casserole dish. Pour remaining sauce and bake 350` for 20 -30 mins
