Instant Potato Lefsa
ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 3 1/3 cups milk
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter (melt in hot milk mixture)
- 4 1/2 cups Idahoan Potato Flakes
- 2 cups flour
directions
Scald water and milk (hot but not boiling). Add sugar, salt and butter and mix. Add potato flakes. Mix and cool overnight in refrigerator. Next day add flour. Roll egg sized piece out on floured board. Fry on griddle at 450°. Turn to brown both sides.
