Dandan Noodles
Asian Spiced Noodles with Chicken and Vegetables
ingredients
- 1 box of linguine
- 1/2 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons chunky peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite size cubes
- 2 carrots sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 2 zucchini sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons Toasted Sesame Seed oil

1. Cook linguine until slightly undercooked. Drain and set aside.

2. Saute chicken in sesame seed oil until fully cooked, set aside.

3. Steam or saute the carrots and zucchini until soft but not mushy. Set aside.

4. In a sauce pan add Soy Sauce and heat on low. Slowly stir in the two tablespoons peanut butter and melt it into the sauce. Add Tabasco and stir. Add water if the sauce becomes too think.

5. In a large pot add the pasta, chicken and vegetables and toss together with the sauce.

6. Add more soy if not saucy enough or add Tabasco to give the sauce more HEAT!

These noodles are great served warm or cold. They taste even better the second day.
