Tequila Lime Chicken

ingredients
- Marinade:
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup teriyaki
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp tequila
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- Mexi-Ranch Dressing:
- 1/2 cup olive oil mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup low fat sour cream
- 2 tbsp low fat milk
- 5 tsp minced tomatoes
- 3 tsp white vinegar
- 2 tsp minced jalapenos
- 2 tsp minced onion
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp tabasco or other hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 dillweed
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- pinch garlic powder
- pinch black pepper

1. Mix marinade ingredients and marinate chicken 30 mins to 1 hour.

2. Mix dressing ingredient in blender on low.

3. Grill chicken until almost cooked through.

4. Set oven to broil (high). Put chicken in baking dish, add dressing, monterey jack cheese.

5. Cook 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
