Sweet Pie Crust
ingredients
- 2 C flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 C vegetable shortening
- 1/2 C ice water
directions
Combine flour, salt & sugar. Add shortening & work with hands until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add water, 1 tbsp at a time until mixture is a smooth ball of dough. Wrap dough in plastic & refrigerate for 30 minutes.
