Hashbrown Potato Casserole
ingredients
Casserole- 1 lb. frozen hashbrowns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 cup crushed corn flakes or potato chips
- 1/4 cup melted butter
directions
Mix all casserole ingredients together in large bowl. Place in a 9x13 pan. Spread topping over casserole and bake at 350° for 60 minutes.
