Marinated Skirt Steak
Can never make too much of this! Easy and great for company.
ingredients
- However many skirt steaks you want
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- fresh garlic cloves or garlic powder to taste
- black pepper or crushed red pepper flakes if you like it hot
- a little dry mustard if you have

Clean and trim skirt steaks.

Dry meat and rub with kosher salt.

Whisk together all ingredients.

Put skirt steak in large Ziploc bag and pour the marinade in the bag.

Marinate overnight or at least a few hours.

Grill until desired doneness.
