Marinated Skirt Steak

Can never make too much of this! Easy and great for company.

ingredients

  • However many skirt steaks you want
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • fresh garlic cloves or garlic powder to taste
  • black pepper or crushed red pepper flakes if you like it hot
  • a little dry mustard if you have

    Clean and trim skirt steaks.

  • 2

    Dry meat and rub with kosher salt.

  • 3

    Whisk together all ingredients.

  • 4

    Put skirt steak in large Ziploc bag and pour the marinade in the bag.

  • 5

    Marinate overnight or at least a few hours.

  • 6

    Grill until desired doneness.
