Cucumber Chicken Pita Sandwiches
ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt
- 1/4 Cup Finely chopped cucumber
- 1/2 Tsp. Dried Dill weed
- 1/4 Tsp. Dried Mint, crushed
- 4 Lg. Pita bread rounds
- 4 Fresh Lettuce leaves
- 6 Oz. Chicken Breast, fully cooked thinly sliced
- 1 Sm. Tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 Lg. Clove Garlic, minced
- 4 Tb. Onion, diced
- 1/3 Cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 3 Strips Bacon, cooked and crumbled

Dressing:

In a small mixing bowl, stir together, onion, garlic, bacon, yogurt, cucumber, dill weed, and mint. Set aside. Chill for up to six hours.

Place a pita bread round on a plate. Top with lettuce, chicken, tomato, and feta cheese. Spoon dressing on top. Roll up the pita bread. Secure with wooden toothpicks.
