Nicholas' New Orleans Barbecue Shrimp
Definitely serve with crusty French bread to soak up this delicious sauce!
ingredients
- 4 pounds large shrimp
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Creole seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tsp. paprika
- 1 Tsp. dried oregano
- 1 Tsp. ground red pepper
- 1/4 Tsp. hot sauce

Spread shrimp in a shallow baking dish.

Combine butter and remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring until butter melts. Pour over shrimp. Cover and chill at least 2 hours, turning every 30 minutes.

Bake uncovered at 400° for 20 minutes, turning the shrimp once.
