Mohito
This is for a pitcher of Mohitos!
ingredients
- 5 T. Fresh Lime Juice
- 8 tsp. sugar
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 Cup Barcardi Limone Rum
- 4 dashes Angostura bitters
- Club Soda
- Lime slices & mint leaves for garnish

Combine lime jucie & sugar in cup and mix up quickly.

Add mint leaves and continue mixing (a wooden spoon works well). The goal here is to press/mash the mint leaves firmly in order to get the mint oil to mix in with the sugar & lime juice.

Pour contents into a pitcher and add the bitters (this is strong stuff-careful!)

Add the rum and stir well.

Add ice cubes to the pitcher to about 1/2 to 2/3 the way to the top.

Pour into tall, ice-filled glasses (about halfway), add club soda to the top and garnish with fresh lime slices & mint leaves.
