Natasha's Cheesecake

ingredients
- 1 pound cream cheese
- 1 pound ricotta cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/4 pound melted butter
directions

1. Combine cream cheese and ricotta cheese. Add the eggs one at a time and then add the sugar 1/2 cup at a time. Add corn starch and vanilla.

2. Add lemon juice and fold in sour cream and melted butter. Blend well.

3. Pour into a greased spring form pan.

4. Bake at 325 degrees for 75 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in the oven with the door open until completely cool, about 6-7 hours.
