Broccoli and Balsamic
ingredients
- Kosher Salt
- 4 Bunches Broccoli (1.5 Pounds)
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 TSP Dijon Mustard
- 1 TSP Minced Garlic
- 1/2 TSP Black Pepper
- 1 Lemon
directions
In a large pot bring 8 cups water and 2 tablespoons salt to a boil. Remove and discard stems of broccoli. Meanwhile in a small bowl combine olive oil balsamic mustard, mustard, garlic, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and the pepper. when the water comes to a full boil add the broccoli. return to a boil and cook over high heat for two minutes, or until the stalks are just tender. Drain well and place in large bowl. Pour enough dressing over the Broccoli to moisten and toss well. Splash with fresh lemon juice, and sprinkle with salt. Serve warm or cold.
