Dinner Rolls
Easy Bread Maker Recipe
ingredients
- 3 3/8 cups bread flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp dry milk
- 3 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 15/16 cup water (110°F)
- 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
- Substitute mixture of flours:
- 2 1/4 cup bread flour
- 1 1/8 cup wheat flour
- Otherwise, ingredients remain the same.

1. Make dough according to instructions.

2. Divide dough into 18 portions. Roll each portion into a ball, cover and let rest for 20 minutes.

3. Roll each ball out on a gently floured surface into a triangle.

4. Starting with the wider end, roll up the wedge loosely toward the narrower end.

5. Place seam down on a greased baking pan.

6. Spray water on top and let rise 1 1/2 hour, until nearly doubled.

7. Brush rolls with beaten eggs, sprinkle with poppy or sesame seeds, if desired.

8. Bake in 350°F for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
