Baked Lasagña
ingredients
- 1/2 lb Italian sausages
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dry red wine (optional)
- 2 (16 oz) jars spaghetti sauce
- 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
- 1 (16 oz) package lasagna
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 cups ricotta or cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp parsley flakes
- dash fresh ground pepper
- 1 lb mozzarella, thinly sliced

Brown meat and drain. Add garlic, salt, and wine. Simmer 3-5 minutes. Stir in spaghetti sauce and tomato paste. Cook, stirring occasionally 10-15 minutes.

Boil lasagna.

Combine eggs, ricotta, Parmesan, parsley, and pepper. Blend well.

In greased 13x9x2 pan, arrange a layer of lasagna. Spread with a layer of cheese mixture, a layer of meat sauce, and a layer of mozzarella. Repeat until all ingredients are used. End with layer of mozzarella cheese.

Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
