Mexican layer Dip
ingredients
- 1 lb browned beef
- 1 16 oz can refried beans
- 1 16 oz can chili w/o beans
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 3 T picante sauce
- 3 medium ripe avocados
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- Pepper
- 2 c sour cream
- 3 c shredded lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 3/4 c cheddar
- 3/4 c Monterey Jack
directions
Brown beef and drain. Stir in beans, chili and taco seasoning. Spoon into pan. Spoon picante over, mash avocados and mix with lemon juice, garlic and pepper. Stir in sour cream. Spread mixture over meat, sprinkle with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese.
