ingredients

  • 2 LBS ground Beef
  • 1 Head of Cabbage--Chopped
  • 1 28 OZ Can of Tomatoes Chopped with Liquid
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Garlic Powder to taste
  • 1 Cup Uncooked Minute Rice
  • 2 Onions Sliced Fine
  • 1 Can of Tomato Soup

directions

  • 1

    Brown meat with onion while boiling cabbage. Drain cabbage, but save cabbage water.

  • 2

    Mix all ingredients in the pot. Pour tomato soup and mix cabbage--make sure it is moist, but not watery. Place in casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Add more water if it seems dry.
