Stuffed Loose Cabbage
A Mom Morelli Signature Dish
ingredients
- 2 LBS ground Beef
- 1 Head of Cabbage--Chopped
- 1 28 OZ Can of Tomatoes Chopped with Liquid
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Garlic Powder to taste
- 1 Cup Uncooked Minute Rice
- 2 Onions Sliced Fine
- 1 Can of Tomato Soup

Brown meat with onion while boiling cabbage. Drain cabbage, but save cabbage water.

Mix all ingredients in the pot. Pour tomato soup and mix cabbage--make sure it is moist, but not watery. Place in casserole dish.

Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Add more water if it seems dry.
