Chicken (or Beef) tacos
This is a super simple recipe that we all love
ingredients
- 1 Lb. Chicken breasts, chicken tenders or lean ground beef
- 1 pkg. McCormick’s Taco Seasoning
- 1 can of your favorite chili
- raw tortillas
- Toppings that you enjoy, i.e. cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, sour cream

Pre-cook chicken in oven for 30 minutes on 350°. Heat 1 Tb. olive oil in large pan on stove and turn on medium heat. Cut chicken into bite size chunks and put in pan. Cook chicken until brown (if using ground beef, cook thoroughly and drain any excess grease). Add the chili, season mix and 3/4 cup water, heat until boiling then summer 10 minutes.

In the meantime, cook tortillas in a separate pan on medium until brown. Cover bottom of pan with Pam cooking spray between each tortilla. Put meat on warm tortilla and spoon on your favorite toppings.
