Alouetta Primavera Pasta
This is a yummy quick pasta to bring to friends or family.
ingredients
- 1 pkg penne, bowtie or rigatoni pasta
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 1 container garlic and herb alouette cheese
- 1 chopped tomato (or 1 can italian diced tomatoes)
- 1/2 cup zucchini
- 1/2 cup squash
- 1 large carrot
- 3 green onions
- 1 cup broccoli
- all chopped
- 4 chicken breast cubed
directions
Cook pasta. Cook chicken using salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Cook veggies for 6 minutes (not tomatoes or green onions). Mix pasta, chicken and veggies into the pasta pot. Add alouette cheese and olive oil. Mix until cheese melts evenly. Add tomatoes, green onions and seasonings. Heat 2-3 minutes.
