Brandy Cheese Balls

ingredients

  • 4 oz blue cheese, crumbled, softened
  • 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 to 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp snipped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp brandy or cognac
  • 1/3 C sesame seed toasted

directions

  • 1

    Beat blue cheese, cream cheese, garlic, parsley and brandy in small bowl on low speed until smooth. Cover and refrigerate about 6 hours or until firm.

    Just before serving, shape cheese mixture in a ball then roll in sesame seed.

  • 3

    Arrange fresh parsley or watercress around cheese ball if desired.
