Brandy Cheese Balls
ingredients
- 4 oz blue cheese, crumbled, softened
- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 to 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp snipped fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp brandy or cognac
- 1/3 C sesame seed toasted

Beat blue cheese, cream cheese, garlic, parsley and brandy in small bowl on low speed until smooth. Cover and refrigerate about 6 hours or until firm.

Just before serving, shape cheese mixture in a ball then roll in sesame seed.

Arrange fresh parsley or watercress around cheese ball if desired.
