Spinach Soufflé
ingredients
- 24 oz. chopped frozen spinach
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 oz. butter
- Tabasco to taste
- salt & pepper to taste
directions
In a large skillet sauté spinach until almost dry. Add cream cheese and butter. Stir until melted, and then add parmesan cheese and Tabasco. Serve hot.
