Rainbow Dessert
ingredients
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped fine
- 18 sunshine macaroons
- 1 package cream
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 pts sherbet (different kinds)

Crush macaroons, fold them and chopped nuts into sweetened whipped cream. Put half the mixture on bottom of 9x13 pan. Spoon sherbet over this making a marble effect. Cover the top with remaining whipped cream mixture. Freeze until set.

Lime sherbet, raspberry sherbet, and vanilla ice cream make a nice color and taste combination.
