Fudge Pudding Cake

ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1tsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 7 tsp cocoa
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup nuts
- 1 1/2 cup boiling water
- 4 tbsp cream

1. Melt butter and add 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla.

2. Mix flour, 3 tbsp cocoa, baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt together. Stir into first mixture alternately with milk and add nuts.

3. Combine boiling water with 1/2 cup sugar, 4 tbsp cocoa, 1/4 tsp salt in 8x8 dish. Drop batter by tbsp on boiling mixture.

4. cook for 8 minutes, turn after 5 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.

Serve with whip cream or ice cream
