Moroccan Hummus
Felfla Wal Hummas Wa Jban
ingredients
- 4 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 14 oz can chickpeas
- 4 Tblsp extra Virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon juiced
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- Fresh oregano
- 10 oz fresh goat cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Blacken the peppers on the grill or gas stove top or very hot oven, when they are blistered and blackened, to loosen the skin more put the peppers in a plastic bag seal and leave for about 15 minutes.When peppers are cool enough to handle, remove skin, seeds and stems, cut them into Julienne strips. Drain the chick peas, toss with olive oil, lemon juice, Oregano, salt and pepper to taste; Mix it all together with the peppers.

Mash the goat cheese. To serve shape into a mound and place in the middle of a serving plate, arrange the pepper chickpea mixture around the mound, sprinle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano
