Mushroom Whatnots
ingredients
Garlic-Lemon Butter- 2 pounds butter
- 1 1/4 oz lemon concentrate
- 1/2 cup garlic (minced)

Place the softened cream cheese in a mixer. Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Remove the stems from the mushrooms and fill the cavities with the sour cream mixture.

Thoroughly blend all garlic-lemon butter ingredients in a mixer. Store in a plastic container in the refrigerator until needed.

Place the mushrooms in a serving dish, cover with Garlic Lemon butter.

Bake in a 350° oven until the top becomes golden brown.
