You all say “yuck” but I’ve seen you all picking out your favorite parts of this salad. You can substitute splenda for the sugar but the sugar really gives the better taste.

ingredients

  • 2 bunches broccoli
  • 1 med. red onion, chopped
  • 1 c. each raisins and/or sunflower seeds
  • 1 c. mayo
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/3 c. salted cashews

directions

  • 1

    Mix together broccoli, onion, raisins and sunflower seeds. Mix dressing from mayo, sugar, and vinegar; pour over other ingredients.

  • 2

    Add cashews right before serving.
