Fruited Curry Chicken Salad
Yum! Delicious way to spice up your traditional chicken salad recipe.
ingredients
- 3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cooked and diced
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 small apples - peeled, cored and chopped
- 1/3 cup golden raisins
- 1/3 cup seedless green grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup chopped, toasted pecans
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp white vinegar
directions
In large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well, tossing to coat. Salad is ready to serve.

Make this salad on a Sunday and enjoy all week! Eat it alone or on a fresh ciabatta bun... yummy!
