Francie Kay and Bobby Fitzpatrick's Cheesy Eggs on Toast

ingredients
- Good bread for toast
- Butter
- Eggs
- Tillamook Cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Cooking spray
- Deli ham or turkey, optional
directions

Toast bread (butter if desired).
- 2
Spray pan with cooking spray, crack eggs into pan. Add salt and pepper. Let cook for a minute or two then add cheese and allow to melt. Add ham or turkey if desired. Once cheese is melted and meat is warmed, remove from pan with spatula and place on bread. Top with second slice of bread if you want to make egg sandwiches. Serve with coffee and orange juice. Yum!

Note: grandma also makes delicious scrambled eggs for Francie and Char. The secret is LOTS of cheese!
