Grilled Soy-Ginger Skirt Steak
ingredients
- One 2-pound skirt steak
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons finely grated fresh ginger

In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, lime juice, and ginger. Pour over the steak and turn to coat. Let stand for at least 10 minutes.
