Mexican Bean Dip
ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 14 oz can refried beans with chilies
- 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
- 2 green onions, chopped fine
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack, shredded
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
directions
Mix first 6 ingredients. Spread in 9x13" pan. Sprinkle with cheeses, then second amount of chili powder. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for about 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
