Potato Casserole
ingredients
- 7 cups cooked cut potato - like for potato salad
- 1/2 cup chopped green olives
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 6 slices lean raw bacon - cut up
- 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese - grated
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
directions
Toss and bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350°F in a 13X9X2-inch baking dish.

We ate this casserole for many years at Thanksgiving and it remains a family favorite
