Creamy Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes
ingredients
- 8 large potatoes
- 8 oz reduced fat cream cheese
- 8 oz reduced fat sour cream
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt/Pepper

Peel, slice, dice and boil potatoes. When potatoes are soft, drain. Rice/mix potatoes.

Mix the potatoes with the cream cheese, sour cream, butter and milk. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Refrigerate overnight. Reheat at 350°.
