Chocolate Creme Puff with Chocolate Ganache
ingredients
- Makes 18
- Profiteroles:
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs (one egg at a time, 3rd egg may not be needed)
- Filling:
- Chocolate pudding or any flavor
- Any Flavor Mousse
- Topping:
- 1/2c Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/4c Heavy Whipping Cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine water, butter and salt in a heavy medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring until butter melts.

Add flour and stir over medium heat for 1 minute, remove from heat.

Place in a glass bowl let cool for 5 minutes

Crack eggs one at a time mix well using a wooden spoon.

YOU MAY ONLY NEED 1/2 OF THE 3RD EGG.

Using a small spoon put spoon full on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake

Once done and cooled remove the top of the puff add filling replace the top
- 9
Decorate with melted chocolate
