Apricot-Filled Cheese Cookies (X-Mas)

ingredients
- 11 oz flour
- 11 oz cream cheese (Western Bakery small tub)
- 11 oz butter
- vanilla sugar
- icing sugar
- apricot jam
directions
Mix ingredients, put dough in fridge (very important!). Roll out dough and cut into 3" squares. Put small amount of jam in centre of square and fold into thirds. Bake at 350°F until lightly browned. When they are done, roll while still hot in sifted mixture of icing and vanilla sugar.
