SCALLOPED "FAT CITY" POTATOES
Preheat oven to 350°.
ingredients
- 2 lbs.frozen hash browns, completely thawed
- 2 c. cultured sour cream
- 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 2 c. crushed potato chips
- 1/4 c. melted butter

Mix chips and 1/4 c. butter.

Combine the rest of the ingredients and put in 13x9 baking pan.

Top with potato chip mixture.

Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.

Can be made a day ahead and refrigerated (don’t add crumbs until ready to bake)

Can also be made ahead and frozen.
