  • Rib Roast, any size
  • salt
  • pepper
  • any other seasoning you like

directions

  • 1

    Bring roast to room temperature. Rub with seasoning. Put in roasting pan, rib side down and put in 350*,preheated for 1 hour.Turn oven off.

    DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN DOOR

  • 3

    1 hour before serving,turn oven to 350* and cook for:

    2 lb. roast--30 minutes

  • 5

    3 lb. roast--40 minutes

  • 6

    4 lb. roast--50 minutes

  • 7

    Turn oven off.
