Raspberry Cream Cheese Jello
This is always a hit! This will add beautiful color to any meal. Makes a great side dish or dessert!
ingredients
- 2 large packages raspberry jello
- 3 c boiling water
- 3 (10 oz) packages raspberries, frozen
- 2 c cold water
- 12 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 c sugar
- 1 (12 oz) container Cool Whip
directions
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add frozen raspberries; stir until thawed. Add cold water. Reserve 1 1/2 cups jello; pour remainder into a 9“ x 13” pan. Cover and chill until firm (overnight is best). Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add reserved jello to cream cheese mixture; spread on jello; refrigerate a couple hours. Top with Cool Whip and serve.
notes
This recipe can be easily altered to sugar free by using sugar free jello and Splenda. You can also substitute peaches and peach jello instead of raspberries. Always a HIT!
