Brandied Brie
A definite crowd pleaser!
ingredients
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 1/4 c pecans, chopped
- 1 tbs brandy
- 1 (4in) round of Brie
- crackers or baguette
directions
Mix together sugar, nuts and brandy. Place cheese om oven-proof plate and bake at 500° for 4-5 minutes until cheese is soft. Mound sugar mixture on top. Bake 2-3 minutes more until sugar is melted. Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.

Serve with grapes and slice apple and "Voila" - Happy guests!
