Missy's (Lower Sugar) Chocolate Chip Cookies
Half the sugar, but all the taste! Seriously.
ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. butter flavored shortening
- 3/4 c. Splenda®
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 drops almond extract
- 12 oz mini chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F (175 C)

Mix butter, shortening, Splenda, and brown sugar together until creamy.

Add eggs and extracts and mix well.

Stir in salt and baking soda.

Add flour and mix well.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased pan and bake until lightly browned.
