Taco Ring
ingredients
Taco Ring- 1 lb. pound ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1 package (1.25 oz.) taco seasoning mix
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbs. water
- 2 packages (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1/2 head of lettuce – shredded
- 1 medium tomato – cubed
- 1 small onion – chopped
- 1/2 c. whole black olives – sliced
- 1 c. salsa
- sour cream

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Combine cooked meat, taco seasoning, and water in pan, simmer.

3. Arrange crescent triangles in a circle on 13” Baking Stone with bases overlapping in center and points to the outside. There should be a 5” diameter circle in center.

4. Scoop meat mixture over crescent rolls and then cheese.

5. Fold points of triangles over filling and tuck under base at center. Filling will not be completely covered.

6. Bake 20-25 mins or until golden brown
