Dijon Chicken Noodle Toss
ingredients
- 1 Pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken
- 2 Cups Frozen Peas
- 1/4 Pound Deli Ham, Diced into 1/4 inch Pieces
- 1 Can (10oz) Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 Tbs Dijon Mustard
- 12oz Uncooked Rotini Pasta
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 8oz Sour Cream
- 1oz Grated Fresh Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Snipped Fresh Parsley
directions
Cook chicken in vegetable oil over med-high heat. Combine chicken with peas. In a separate skillet combine ham, soup, water, and mustard; cover. Bring to a simmer over mid-high heat, stirring occasionally. Add sour cream to skillet. Reduce heat to medium; add chicken and peas. Cover and cook 4-6 minuets or until hot. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Toss cooked pasta with parsley. Spoon chicken mixture over pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
