Yogurt Berry Brunch Bake
ingredients
- 1 Loaf day-old french bread cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 1/2 C Berries
- 12 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1/2 C Vanilla Yogurt
- 1/3 C Sour cream
- 8 Eggs
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1/2 c Milk
- 1/3 C Maple syrup

Place half of the bread cubes in a greased shallow 3 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with berries. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the eggs, yogurt, sour cream, vanilla, and cinnamon. Gradually add milk and 1/3 cup of syrup until blended. Pour half over the bread. Top with remaining bread and cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon sugar for a topping. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 20 to 25 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Add extra fruit if desired. Let stand for 5 minutes, and serve with syrup.
